The Ibili mold is perfect to decorate your cakes, pies & other desserts with customized names, dates, etc. You can use the molds with chocolate, caramel, marzipan and more.
The mold withstands temperatures from -60ºC to + 230ºC. Suitable for microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher.
Tips: Heat the chocolate in a bain-marie until it reaches an adequate temperature. Then using a pastry decorating bag or special bottle, fill the letter or number molds. Put the mold in the fridge until the chocolate or other content solidifies. Remove the letters from the mold to decorate the pie.
