At KATEI, we are committed to making our delivery process as swift and pleasant as possible, because we know how important it is that your items arrive on time and in good condition.
We deliver our products to all countries and mainly in the UAE.
In the UAE and overseas, we work with Courier Company to provide you the most pleasant services and most reasonable prices. All approved shipments will be delivered using 3rd party fulfillment service.
Delivery Charges
Local (UAE) - Free Delivery on orders 150 AED or more & 10 AED for orders below 150 AED.
International & GCC - shipping rates starting 62 AED, however exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Shipping charges may be applied on orders inside or outside the UAE below certain thresholds, depending on final shipment volumetric weight and destination measured by 3rd party courier company.
UAE Shipping - 2 to 3 working days.
Worldwide Shipping (International & GCC) - 7 to 14 working days.
