The Bain Marie is a double-walled pot designed for professional use that works according to the water bath principle. You heat up the water in between the walls, thus avoiding over boiling or food burning. Perfect for milky desserts and creamy sauces, very handy for melting chocolate. Also ideal for heating baby food, and cooking rice and semolina dishes.

The double wall can be filled easily thanks to the opening button at the top of the handle. Steam will come out of the small opening once the water inside the walls is boiling. The handle is heat resistant and includes a water level indicator. Suitable for all heat sources.
