Ideal for preparing Labneh, fresh creamy cheese
Excellent for preparing Labneh, and cheese. Suitable for both goat and and cow milk. The set contains a cylindrical container, a cover with a removable center and a cloth bag for Labneh. Made of excellent resistant plastic. Capacity – 1.5 liters.
Steps to prepare Labneh:
1- poor yoghurt (laban) inside the cloth bag (around 1.5 kg of yogurt or less) and season with some salt.
2- Cover the container and place in the fridge for 24 hours.
3- Visit after 24 hours to empty excess water that has accumulated at the bottom. 4- Leave in the fridge until desired creamy texture is reached.
5- Pour the cream (Labneh) from the cloth bag into a container and keep refrigerated. Bon Appetit.
