Comes with a removable strainer lid, which filters out bits of homemade gravy, leaving behind super-smooth meaty goodness. Includes volume markings, so it's easy to control portions or use it as a measuring jug. To do that, pour the warm liquid into the jug and wait for a few minutes until the fat rises to the top. By doing so, while serving the liquid will pass through the nozzle of the jug and will the fat will stay separate in the upper part.
