Follow the recommended temperatures for a perfect wine experience: - sparkling wines: 4.5 to 7ºC - white wines: 7 to 10ºC - red wines: red 10 to 12.5ºC light red 12.5 to 15.5ºC full red 15.5 to 18ºC. BEWARE OF EXTREMES! Over-chilled wine looses its taste, fragrance and aroma. A wine too warm on the other hand tastes insipid. Proper temperature is essential for truly delightful wine experience.
