Non-stick coating, suitable for electric & gas ovens

• Carbon steel with gray non-stick coating.

• Use up to 240C.

• Use nylon, wooden or silicone tools not to scratch the coating surface.

• Do not use in oven temperatures in excess of 240C.

• Not suitable for use over direct heat or under grills.

• Always use an oven glove when removing from the oven.

• Never use abrasives.
